W Brisbane located at 81 North Quay, Brisbane City is hiring a Spa Manager. Our AWAY® Spa replaces traditional constraints on spa culture with the freedom and fun of W, promising the outcome you need, in the time you have, with the perks you want to get your glow on. With a focus on guest and Talent satisfaction and achieving the operating budget, your responsibilities include;
- Attending to and exceeding the needs and requirements of both guests and Talent.
- Reception duties, meeting and greeting guests and in accordance with department policies and 5 star lifestyle luxury etiquette.
- Selling and up selling of the departments services including merchandise, massage and beauty, programs and assessments.
- Regularly attend hotel and departmental training with a view to learning and having positive input. Communicate and contribute ideas and thoughts to assist in improving services and the operation of the department and hotel.
- Take a leadership role in driving implementation and utilisation of various tools as required for the benefit of the hotel.
- Achieve departmental and hotel goals related to GEI (guest experience) and revenue related targets.
- Implementing and achieving all brand standards.
- Knowing the spa competition and key points of differences that makes the department unique.
- Be active in all revenue spheres including Retail and Services.
