Our Talent thrive in the world where “luxury” is not about owning more things, but about having more enriching experiences. Our AWAY Spa Host is one of the main points of contact for all guests in the spa. They help customise spa sessions and build relationships with guests. They anticipate and deliver on guests needs, responsible for:

- Contacting guests before their arrival to confirm services
- Warmly greet guests, check them in, and provide an orientation
- Promote and sell spa services and retail items
- Take pride in staying up to date with knowledge on spa services and amenities
- Spot and follow trends in the luxury spa industry
- Deliver enriching experiences that deepen our guests passion for well being
