**Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a client-focused
**ICT Services Leader.** You will be based at a client site contributing to the ICT support, processes, and work practices to help our clients succeed at what they do. You will champion client excellence by delivering high-quality IT managed services utilising your technology capabilities and strong communication skills.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Support and maintain client data and core infrastructure with the backing of a large technical team
- Work with stakeholders in developing and implementing change management plans for all changes and review changes post implementation for areas of improvement
- Develop a good rapport with all client staff
- Communicate upcoming changes and new projects to impacted users
- Lead the effective communication between our company and the client
- Address key trends at the root cause and determine the impact of incidents and problems
- Ensure that incidents are monitored and escalated to relevant departments
- Lead the team to be proactive in-service delivery, training of users, and documentation

**About You**

We would like to hear from high performers with exceptional stakeholder management skills and the desire to exceed client expectations. You will bring with you:

- Experience in the provision of ICT support services for clients
- Excellent communication skills, strong customer focus, and stakeholder management
- Experience and knowledge of end-to-end ICT support functions including service desk ticketing and escalations, systems administration, and enterprise security
- Strong understanding and experience in Mac OS, networking skills and relevant technologies
- Experience in cloud-based platforms and services such as Microsoft Office 365 and G-Suite
- Project management skills and the ability to ensure technical problems are managed effectively
- Ability to work autonomously
