We offer a range of services including Harm Reduction and Primary Health Services as well as a range of treatment types (including residential treatment centres, community-based support programs, counselling and withdrawal management services). The role you could play
- Provide efficient day to day service delivery through education, interventions, group work, assessment, referral and case work within a recovery-orientated and person-led service environment
- Develop and monitor individual treatment plans and maintain case management documentation, records, reports and data collection, utilising established case planning procedures.
- Undertake _ad hoc_ duties as requested by the Manager, Program Manager, or Senior Case Worker
- Acquire and maintain a good working knowledge of referral and support options for participants
- Work collaboratively and professionally with other services
What you will bring
- Minimum of Diploma level qualification in a relevant discipline (AOD, Community Services, Case Management)
- Completed 4 AOD Skill Set Units (or willing to undertake/complete during employment)
- Mandatory National Police Check
- Current Drivers licence
- Current NSW Working With Children Check
- Demonstrated ability to deal with unpredictable situations and behaviours utilising de-escalation techniques
- At least two years’ experience in recovery, if applicable
