**The opportunity**

NAB Valuations is NAB’s own valuation firm accountable for delivering an end-to-end valuations process, with a particular focus in making it simple for our people and customers. As a Residential Property Valuer and Certified Practicing Valuer, you will have an exciting career in property valuation at NAB. You'll be valued for your expert knowledge, your determination, and your professionalism. With a strong background in property valuing, you will have the skills required to effectively value properties in order to assist our customers with the process of buying, selling and investing in residential property.

**What will my day look like?**
- Your role will give you the opportunity to sink your teeth into some exciting valuations projects by:

- Conduct valuation assignments for our residential customers
- Produce reports in line with industry best practice standards
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout the appraisal process
- Provide technical advice and recommendations on potential improvements within properties
- Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers by providing impartial advice on market conditions

**What will you bring?**

To be successful in this role you’ll have:

- Certified Practicing Valuer or a Residential Property Valuer accreditation and valuation experience in the current market
- A passion for property and actively shares local property knowledge
- Strong written, verbal, and virtual communication skills
- Demonstrated positivity and ability to work in a team dynamic
- Capability and mindset to use a market leading valuation platform with continued innovation progressing every day
- Demonstrated desire for ongoing improvement
- Must have and continue to have a valid driver's licence
