About the role

On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. This role will require ongoing research of property sales, and report preparation in accordance with relevant legislation and professional association standards.

Working with Opteon's best in market property software and systems enables our valuers to maximise their time in the field and reporting data capture. We have significant work volume, so this is a great opportunity to take over an existing workload with future growth available.

About you

We are seeking driven professionals with not only highly developed residential valuation skills but exceptional communication and business development skills who can effectively manage business opportunities, while achieving personal annual budgets. A strong client focus and commitment to personal professional development is essential together with:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications- CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication

This position will be based in Geraldton with flexible working arrangements offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
