The Delivery Chapter is comprised of cross-functional based roles and they will be enabling roles rather than hands on technology roles. This chapter houses capabilities around oversight, planning, taking the UX experience and breaking it down into technical requirements, and ensuring the right version of environments exist for this platform to be used effectively. **The team and the role** The Delivery Lead will join our delivery craft to help set the tone for success through understanding the scope, requirements, goals and vision of the organisation. You will collaborate with all members of the team, a partner of product, support and help the team and organisation effectively achieve business and customer outcomes. In this role, you’ll develop and lead multiple teams towards self-organising, instilling in them a clear vision and a passionate drive. You will play an instrumental role in fulfilling the vision through facilitating the right thinking and decisions, coordinating delivery planning cycles, implementation of our products and setting standards for our teams to follow. **Key duties and deliverables**: - Support two teams; data platform & governance and reporting & insights teams with backlog management and refinement, aligning to product roadmap and objectives, identification of goals and engagement of key stakeholders. - Establish close relationship with stakeholders to understand priorities and appropriate commercial and technical trade-offs, identifying risks to delivery, mapping out critical pathways and dependencies. - End to end product delivery using practical agile methods and cross-disciplinary teams to progress towards business outcomes. This includes deployments and product releases. - Use metrics to drive thinking towards understanding the right problems to solve. - Foster an environment for high trust and high performing team dynamics, continuous improvement, and agile work styles. - Regularly keeping leadership and businesses across delivery progress, risks, issues, team progress, achievements, and product outcomes. - Develop personal capabilities by participating in assessment and development activities, maintaining an understanding of relevant standards, technology, and good industry practices. **To shine on day one, you need to have experience with the below**: - A clear understanding of/ demonstrated experience working on data platform needs, governance, reporting and analytics. - Managing and promoting the importance of data products and platform, partnering with the wider teams to deliver business value from those products. - Providing a sense of structure and order to each data initiatives within the team and those in collaboration with the wider teams, and be responsible for outcomes that deliver business value and efficiency. - Experience and capability to be a DL across two teams (one is platform & governance and the other reporting, customer insights & analytics) - Experience in similar role leading and delivering digital customer solutions in complex environments. - Well developed communication skills. Share the good, the bad and the ugly - with the best intent of getting the right thinking and outcome for our customers, people & partners. - Being a leader, someone who can coordinate, motivate, negotiate and resolve disputes. - A sound understanding of different technologies, practices, and tools. - Experience, practical knowledge (or exposure) to Product Delivery or Product Engineering. - Exceptional attention to detail. - Strong focus on outcome and data driven ways or working and decision making. - High level of flexibility to adapt to change, navigate ambiguity, prioritise work and outcomes. - Ability to solve problems, manage risks, and proactively remove blockers. **It's a bonus, but not mandatory, if you have**: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, I.T or similar area - Extensive experience in Fast - moving Consumer Goods, Retail, SaaS or similar - 5+ Years agile delivery experience or equivalent - A pet that you can introduce to the teams in online team meetings - A sense of humour to add to our existing squad or a hobby that you can engage the team to join you in Why not? **Why OneDigital?** Working in a community of industry-leading innovators with a diverse and deep se
