Are you looking for a diverse administration role? This position involves front reception desk coverage for visitors, operational support for our health and safety manager and human resources department, event planning such as quarterly staff lunches and arranging travel bookings for executives and other staff.

On an average day, our front reception will have approximately 5-10 visitors, as well as deliveries and contractors attend. We use Sine to support and streamline our visitor sign-in process which announces the visitor to the person they have arranged to see.

While the key position is ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for people attending our site, it offers flexibility to provide administration support for our HSE Manager, HR Department and other head office roles.

Korvest Ltd operates the businesses of Korvest Galvanising and EzyStrut. Korvest Galvanising processes structural steel & components for both internal and external customers. EzyStrut is the market leader in cable and pipe support systems throughout Australia.

This position is based at the Korvest Head Office, located in Kilburn South Australia where our manufacturing, galvanising and warehousing facilities service a national branch network of warehouse and sales team.

**Your New Role**:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you will be the first point of contact for visitors to our head office, and provide operational support towards health, safety and human resources activities.

You will actively assist in:

- Welcoming visitors to the site and linking them with relevant staff or departments
- Phone support including directing calls to appropriate departments
- Support internal requirements such as stationery orders, kitchen supplies, incoming and outgoing mail, meeting room set up
- Arrange travel bookings for staff through our corporate providers
- Organise events such as quarterly site-wide lunches and end of year celebrations
