**About Your New Role**

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader in our Sales & Business Development team, this role sits within a multi-channel contact centre. The key focus is to provide care navigation and sales support to customers and their loved ones who are seeking support across a variety of private and government funded aged care programs.

**About You**

Your key strengths include a passion for sales and customer service including high work standards and attention to detail, combined with the ability to work well under pressure.

- Demonstrated ability to provide tailored, knowledgeable and solution focused customer service to all prospective customers
- A talent for building rapport and engagement with a diverse range of people across spoken and written communication channels
- A natural communicator with active listening skills, able to identify customer wellbeing needs and proactively translate those needs into services and solutions
- Demonstrated ability to accurately and efficiently record and process data into various IT systems
- Experience of, or a desire to work in the Health Care, Community Services or Aged Care sector
- Available for a rotating fortnightly roster (8am start and 6pm finish) over a 7day period. Requiring either a Saturday or Sunday shift in a 6-8 week cycle
