A permanent full-time opportunity has become available with an Australian owned leading manufacturer and supplier of generators. With a track record spanning over 30 years, this business is committed to delivering their customers reliable solutions from the world’s leading brands.

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer, with a strong background in credit control, to join the team at the Head Office in Salisbury.

Duties will include:

- Following up and Reporting on Overdue Accounts (Debtors)
- Processing Invoices
- Responding to Accounts Receivable Enquiries ensuring a high standard of customer service
- Receiving payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Conducting Trade References
- Various admin tasks as required, preparing documentation and recordkeeping

To be considered for this opportunity, you should demonstrate:

- Solid accounts receivable and administration experience
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
- Confidence using and learning technology (experience using NetSuite and Xero advantageous)

This is a full-time, permanent position, working 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.
