ING, Australia’s most recommended bank, is looking for a number of experienced **Process Expert Lead**s to join our high performing **Process Management Team**.

Process Management enables easy, uniform and digital processes for execution of the “Making the Difference” strategy.
**What you’ll do**
As ING Australia continues to grow, the Process Expert team sets up and improves end-to-end customer processes, leading projects throughout the bank to create strong foundations for growth and a scalable organisation.
**Examples of recent projects**:
- Payments: Designing a new digital process to offer automated payments without manual handling needed
- Setting up and implementing Operational Management practices in various operations domains.

You look at an Excel and know how to get actionable outcomes and are a natural in presenting data in a comprehensive way. You know the right questions to ask and your phenomenal numerical insight helps you structuring problems finding true root causes and selecting the right solutions.
- ** A strong communicator. **You understand customers, employees and managers. You build relationships quickly, and engage stakeholders to influence decision making and priorities and you manage their expectations well.
- ** Can do attitude. **You are able to see ways forwards where others don’t.You know how to plan and prioritise. You have coordination and project management skills for running multiple concurrent initiatives. Outstanding execution capabilities and delivery of results
**Your qualifications**
- You have a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or similar) with significant quantifiable project impact to demonstrate your ability to deliver results.
- At least 3 years of proven experience with optimisation, process improvement, the Lean Six Sigma methodology or managing culture change.
- You have an excellent academic track record, which we define as a Bachelor's degree or MBA in business, economics, finance or any science-related fields
- Demonstrated experience with analysing and presenting data; excellent skills with Excel, Minitab and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated experience with process mapping - tools and governance around it.
