
Customer Service Receptionist

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians of our students, answering inquiries about classes, schedules, payments, and more
- Maintaining the facility clean and tidy
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment collections
- Assisting the management team with daily administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in the use of computers
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads
