An exciting opportunity has arisen for a technically skilled Customer Support Analyst to join a rapidly expanding fin-tech startup in Australia.

**Reporting to the Head of Customer Support (ANZ), you will be responsible for**:

- Reviewing excel data provided by customers and uploading information onto the platform.
- Responding to product support issues via support tickets using Zendesk.
- Investigating support issues that are raised and raising JIRA tickets as required.

**Key Requirements**:

- Experience working in a similar support analyst role for a SaaS company will be highly regarded.
- Must have an intermediate level of experience with MS Excel.
- A strong attention to detail.
