**What our program offers**:

**About the Opportunity**
Commencing in February 2026, as our UI Designer Graduate, you’ll complete three four-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience across key areas of the business.
- This role is perfect for a curious, adaptable graduate with strong communication and interpersonal skills who enjoy asking the right questions, building trust, and collaborating across diverse teams. You’ll work on user research, prototyping, and design using tools like Figma and Miro, while gaining exposure to AI and a broad range of technologies. Throughout the program, you could be involved with:

- You’ll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects whilst expanding your skills, challenging yourself and taking momentous steps in building your career. You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, various on the job activities and more
**What you’ll need to be successful**:
- At RACV, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background. To be considered for our program you will need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in UX Design, Industrial design, Digital Communications and/or relevant discipline- Will have completed studies by end of 2025 or within the last 2 years- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Strong relationship builder and team player- Good mental agility and eagerness to learn and grow with the business- Previous work experience in a similar field advantageous
