**About the role**

You will be responsible for the planning of operations and materials to ensure jobs are scheduled and delivered to agreed timelines and budgets. Developing and maintaining external and internal communication, ensuring a seamless flow of process, material, and information.

**Duties**:

- Scheduling production & workflow from one week out to six weeks
- Creating job orders (BOM) in the ERP system, preparing & collating documents, drawings, general information & distributing to appropriate parties
- Proactive communication - collaborating with internal stakeholders, clients & where appropriate suppliers
- Understand deviations to forecast & action with the operations team
- Participate in toolbox meetings
- Accurate data entry into system

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a Production Planning / coordination type role
- Steel Fabrication / manufacturing experience
- Well-developed verbal & written communication skills
- Strong organisational & time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills
