**About the role**

The purpose of this position is to support the Client Management team’s focus on ensuring that client accounts are managed seamlessly, complaints/problems are resolved promptly, and up/cross
- selling opportunities are maximised.

We are seeking a highly organised and results-driven Client Account Manager, who will work directly with the Head of Client Management, ensuring our trusted clients are provided with a seemless experience from the first contact.

To achieve these goals, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Onboarding and training new clients for both Xugar (Australia) and WOW Digital (Singapore)
- Regularly checking in with clients to maintain strong relationships, anticipate risks, promptly address needs and resolve concerns, to ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention
- Supporting the company’s client management goals by (a) recording all client communications/feedback via agreed project/client management tools (currently Teamwork) (b) collaborating across teams to quickly address client objections and concerns and (c) acting promptly on referred up/cross-selling opportunities from other teams
- Monitoring/evaluating campaign performance, analysing digital trends, collaborating across teams and generating reports to identify up/cross-selling opportunities
- Helping to prepare accurate and timely reports, presentations, and client-related materials.

**About you**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and collaborate across internal teams.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, prioritising tasks, and reliably meeting deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to effectively manage client concerns/objections
