How you will make an impact

Key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance and knowledge of issues to team and end users- Developing and maintaining partnerships with vendors where required capability or capacity exceeds that which can be provided by the team- Proactively support and contribute to the overall technology strategy and investment priorities and leverage technology and vendor product enhancements to effectively exploit opportunitiesAbout you- Previous experience in Workday HR system (preferred)- Previous experience using Kronos/Dimensions or other Time and Attendance system (preferred)- Previous experience using Chris21 Payroll system (preferred)- Previous experience using JD Edwards AP system (preferred)- Ability to allocate timeframes, manage team’s deliverables to meet agreed timelines- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to probe for information about underlying needs of the organization and user community- Ability to build relationships with a range of health professionals and health service staff- Sound written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with medical and nursing staff- Willingness to address issues and take ownership, knowing when and how to escalate issues- Knowledge of relevant legislation relating to medications management (desirable)
