T+O+M Executive are currently working with a leading Australian Bank who are looking to recruit an experience **Manager** into their **Regulatory Reporting** team.

**The Role and Responsibilities**
- Being a strong team player in Regulatory Reporting with a focus on Economic and Financial Statistics (EFS) reporting to APRA
- Managing regulatory deadlines to external regulatory bodies (APRA, RBA, ABS),
- Assist with reporting to Board and other committees
- Support the Bank through process improvement projects
- Establish effective reconciliations and controls process over regulatory reporting
- Allocating and overseeing operational workflow for above items by the broader regulatory reporting team
- Continuously improve procedures, processes, and internal controls

**Your Background**
- CA/CPA qualifications
- Experience working in a regulatory reporting environment is desired
- Alternatively, you may have solid financial reporting experience across the financial services sector or have worked on regulatory reporting projects within the Big 4 professional services firms
- Strong relationship management skills, with experience liaising with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
