Are you passionate about marketing and events? Here is your chance to join KPMG’s dynamic team as a Marketing and Event Coordinator for the Western Australian Chair’s Office. This role is important in enhancing KPMG events and market presence at a local level and responsible for nurturing and growing the KPMG brand, driving marketing and event activities, ensuring great client experiences.

**Role Responsibilities**

As the Marketing and Events Coordinator, you will:

- Design and execute a variety of client and key staff events to stimulate the growth of the Perth Office and increase brand exposure. This includes ideation, development and execution of a broad range of client and staff events alongside supporting to deliver larger events and experiences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, offering strategic advice on event strategy, marketing campaign development and implementation, and evaluation to deliver best in market client experiences.
- Enhance & leverage sponsorships by continually looking for opportunities to increase the WA brand and market presence.
- Project manage the end-to-end delivery of events, including developing event concepts to meet stakeholder needs, thinking strategically to deliver the right outcomes, and developing creative solutions for delivering content in an engaging way, to deadline and within budget.
- Ensuring alignment of KPMG hosted events to the firm’s business plan both locally and nationally

**Experience**
- Proven experience in event management, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to offer strategic insights and think creatively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and risk management policies is an advantage.
- The ability to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development.
