**What’s the role?**

We strive to be known as the third party product experts. Delivering new products, improving customer retention and providing hands-on support to sales when they need it to empower them to be successful digital marketers.
- Focused on customer outcome, you will assist in developing product strategies that define our core strengths in-market.
- Identify gaps and assist in the development & delivery of sales collateral, training programs & onboarding.
- Regular review of sales processes and systems to ensure sales effectiveness.
- News Xtend is a business growing at scale. This is a role spanning the SMB market so you need the ability to consider strategies and initiatives that will facilitate excellence at scale.

**Who you are**
- Experience in an agency planning and executing digital performance solutions.
- Understanding of Facebook advertising, Google ads, SEO and programmatic.
- Experience working with Google Keyword Planner, Facebook Ads Manager and SEM Rush.
- Commercial acumen, sales experience and strong verbal, written communication skills.
- Experience coaching others, running workshops and delivering presentations.
- Proven ability to translate clients’ business needs into proposals and sales.
- Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of an organisation.
