**The Role**

We are recruiting an experienced full-time permanent conveyancing paralegal to join our growing retirement villages (RV) conveyancing team. Our RV practice is the most successful in Australia and continues to grow from strength to strength, working with a variety of retirement village operators - from the nation's largest through to boutique operators who are rapidly growing. As part of Australia's leading RV team you will have the opportunity to work in a booming and interesting area of law while being well supported with state of the art technology and systems.

MinterEllison was named the 2022 '**Law Firm of the Year**' for expertise in **Retirement Villages and Senior Living Law**, recognising the efforts of a large number of partners and their teams including **Robin Lyons**, **David McElhone** and **Tammy Berghofer**.

In this role you will be part of an experienced and supportive team of paralegals, lawyers, senior lawyers and partners, with dedicated support from team administrators and registration clerks. You will deal directly with our clients on a daily basis to manage your own conveyancing files through to settlement.
- Please note this role is best suited to a _**_career paralegal_**_. Law students are encouraged to consider our clerkship and graduate programs._

**What you need**
- demonstrated conveyancing experience (minimum 12 months)
- an interest in developing their conveyancing skills to cover different tenures across most Australian jurisdictions
- the ability and desire to manage a large volume of matters
- exceptional client service skills and responsiveness
- a keen eye for detail and exceptional time management and organisational skills
- an interest in contributing to process improvement and systems
- a commitment to excellence that matches our own
