We’re looking for a **Control Assurance Manager**to help us lead the way.

This role is all about ensuring better risk outcomes through innovation and automation. You’ll be part of a team that’s reimagining how we manage risk - using data, technology, and continuous assurance to build a stronger, more resilient bank.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support and implement automated controls that improve risk and compliance outcomes across Retail Banking Services (RBS).
- Support change initiatives by ensuring new and evolving processes are underpinned by robust automated controls.
- Lead continuous assurance efforts, helping to embed a proactive, data-driven approach to risk management.Conduct and manage Control Assurance Program (CAP) testing, including test script development and reporting on findings.

- Proficiency in SQL and a knack for using data to drive insights and decisions.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and implementation testing.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills - you know how to bring people on the journey.
- A strategic thinker who can identify risks and opportunities and recommend practical solutions.
- Leadership capability and a collaborative, professional approach.Bonus: Advanced data analytics or programming skills.
