**A brand new opportunity** has become available for a well experienced
**Injury Management Advisor / Return To Work Specialist** to join an
**community focused **organisation in their safety department.

The key focus of this role is to manage the end-to-end Rehabilitation and Return to work processes across a range of injuries within the portfolio whilst support the pre employment process.

**Duties will include**:

- Manage key relationships and communicate with all stakeholders, i.e brokers, insurers, injured workers, rehab providers, regulators
- Develop and coordinating return to work plans within a timely and proactive manner
- Coach, mentor and support business units with pre-employment screening and injury management
- Prepare reports for senior management whilst ensure file records are kept up-to-date

**To be successful you will**:

- Have a Allied Health Qualification (Physiotherapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Occupational Therapist, Psychologist)
- Be experience in Occupational Rehabilitation Injury Management
- Have a sound understanding of Workers Compensation legislation & premium (across multiple jurisdictions desired)
- Have an intermediate level in computer literacy or above

**The role would suit an experienced, qualified and confident allied health professional who is seeking to make a direct impact in an employer and who is comfortable to work autonomously yet in a collaborative environment.
