2+ Experience in this role working in a fine dining establishment
Great knowledge of food, beverages, and wine
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure
Hold a valid RSA
Have full Australian working rights
Available to work nights and weekends
