Seeking an experienced State Government Project Support Officer for an exciting project in Perth

**Your new company**
A large State Government department is seeking an experienced Project Support Officer to commence asap on a full-time basis for an initial period of 6 month

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for providing project and administration support on a busy project. Your duties will include:

- Managing stakeholder communications, maintaining strong working relationships
- Organising and preparing meetings, managing online meetings
- Minute taking
- Completing project documentation
- Coordinate the administration of the programme as required
- Manage correspondence
- Undertake research as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience supporting executive level meetings and committees
- Highly proficient in word
- Ability to manage competing priorities, attention to detail
- Team player and self-starter
- Full time position
- Ministerial experience an advantage (that standard or writing)

**What you'll get in return**
- Full time hours
- 6 month assignment
