A boutique law firm located in the heart of the Gold Coast with a close-knit team that work collaboratively to offer clients a professional and thorough service. Clients' goals and needs are at the forefront of their business, and they strive for excellence in everything they do.
**Your new role**
They are seeking a reliable and experienced Receptionist to join their team. This is a Full-Time position and is available for an immediate start.
Your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:
- Answer and direct incoming calls;
- Attend to clients and visitors at reception;
- Attend to incoming and outgoing mail;
- Arrange couriers, document delivery and banking;
- Data entry and support with Accounts;
- Close and archive client matter files;
- Keep office clean and organised;
- Provide administrative support to the team to ensure the firm provides client service at the highest level.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Ability to take direction, while displaying initiative and some autonomy;
- Professional attitude, presentation and phone manner;
- Attention to detail, accuracy and a focus on quality;
- Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and to adjust to and manage flexible priorities;
- Ability to work well in a team environment, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Demonstrated commitment to premium client service;
- Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Office Skills;
- Proficient in use of software
