Miami Bakehouse has some exciting opportunities for a Manager and Duty Manager within its management team.
- As a Cafe Manager, you will be the face of the business and take the lead instore. Located just 10 mins from central Mandurah, our Falcon cafe is a must stop for our loyal customers of over 25 years.
- Duty Managers play an essential role within our teams, coordinating day to day responsibilities. This role offers plenty of variety working in different locations in the Mandurah/Peel area and driving our popular Mobile Café Van.

You’ll love a hands-on role and enjoy coordinating and motivating people. You will be a conscientious person with a positive personality and excellent attention to detail. You will have a zest for showcasing the best coffee and customer experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Operating across 7 days a week means we have a large range of shift times within each day.
- Cafe Managers work 5 days (approx 42 hrs) with one weekend day off each week. The Falcon cafe is open between 6am - 5pm.
- Duty Managers are rostered 4-5 days per week, approx. 25-35hrs, between 5.30am - 8pm and will include weekends as required.

Our rosters are released three weeks in advance for ease of planning and managing life outside of work.

**You will have**:

- Flexible availability - weekends & public holidays are a routine part of these roles

- Excellent communication skills
- Current police clearance
- C Class drivers’ license
- Physical fitness and able to do some manual work
- Confidence to troubleshoot equipment issues that may arise

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
