The People Team is seeking a **People Services Coordinator **to join us on a full-time, permanent basis This exciting role provides an excellent development opportunity for someone who is wanting to develop their general HR experience - whether you are early in your career, changing direction, or looking for a change of scenery from your role in services. There are plenty of opportunities to grow and thrive in a collective and outcome driven team environment.

You will be successful in this role if you are organised and have a strong attention to detail. You need to care about assisting people and improving their experience at work. You will be the first point of contact for all general People Team enquiries, so having a customer and people-centric approach is necessary for success.

**What will you do?**
- Ensure complete and accurate employee information by maintaining systems and databases, and coordinating changes across the full employee lifecycle
- Be the first point of contact for all general People team enquiries and provide assistance or referral on organisational policies, procedures and employee entitlements
- Monitor compliance and mandatory training records for all staff and ensure renewals are completed before expiry
- Proactively and effectively work on systems, framework and process improvements as part of a collaborative team

- Strong orientation to learning and continuous improvement of self and others, with comfort to give and receive feedback
- Customer centric with a practical and pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Natural inclination for organisation and following processes
- Strong IT skills, including ability to use Excel and HR systems
- An interest in HR, Work Health and Safety and/or developing administration skills
- Previous experience in an administration or HR administration role would be highly advantageous
