Treatment Coordinator for a fast-growing Specialist Orthodontic Practice, Melbourne

Due to expansion, we are looking for a dedicated Treatment Coordinator working at our state of art orthodontic clinics in Northcote and Burwood, Melbourne.

The core duties:

- Working alongside orthodontists during patient consultation appointment
- Preparing and presenting orthodontic treatment plan and fee schedules under the guidance
- Liaising and building rapport with patients/clients during the treatment process
- Customer service and Sales development
- Some front desk duties

- Able to work from 8:15 am to 6 pm on certain days
- Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Close attention to detail
- Experience in customer service and sales will be a plus
- Able to work at both locations, but will primarily be based at Northcote

This is an ideal position for those who have working experience in customer service, marketing and sales, and are interested in pursuing a career in the health industry.

You don't need to have experience in the dental field, we will provide all the training for you. However we would like you to be committed, willing to learn and interested in pursuing a long term mutual rewarding career in the health industry.

**Salary**: $25.00 - $31.00 per hour
