**About the role**:
Challenger Ford is currently seeking an ambitious, honest and organised individual to join the sales team at our Rockingham dealership. We’re expecting huge growth this year in terms of sales volume and are looking for a trainee who shows the right qualities to come on board so we’re ready for success.

As a trainee you will be exposed to the Eagers Automotive and Ford Motor Company Australia sales process and learn the tools needed to be a successful New and Used vehicle Sales Consultant.

Our team is made up of high-performing and dynamic individuals, so a go-getter attitude and the ability to observe and learn is a key requirement and needed to fit in.

Our dealership is one of Ford’s most highly performing dealerships and we have very high expectations. In return we offer one of the best remuneration packages in the market. We need you to be earning six-figures for us all to be on the right track.

**Compared to other groups in WA we offer a better work/life balance with reduced operating hours and offer regular RDOs where available**:
Monday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Tuesday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Wednesday: 8:30am - 8:00pm

Thursday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday: 8:30am - 1:00pm

**You will ideally possess**:

- Retail/ Customer service experience
- Must be motivated and driven
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to meet KPI’s and targets and perform in high pressure environments
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills

**You will be required to have a full Driver’s License and be required to obtain a Vehicle Sales License prior to being able to actively sell any vehicles.**
