They are seeking an regional HSE Manager to build and drive continual improvement of HSE standards across the business through hands on leadership.
**About the Role**
Reporting into the a regional APAC Director you will be working autonomously across the region, providing strategic direction, support, and leadership to support the organisation in the achievement of HSE objectives and goals. You will be responsible for driving best practice across Health, Safety and environment culture, standards, systems and processes and ensure they are being implemented in line with all relevant legislation and regulations. You will manage direct reports across and you will also be responsible for:
- Displaying & promoting positive HSE practices through active field
- based leadership and engagement
- Partner with the HSE Director
- globally to create alignment between HSE frameworks & operational excellence programs deployment
- Ensure injury management and rehabilitation systems are in place and cases are managed efficiently and effectively
- Ensure ongoing compliance to ISO standards and other relevant legislations and regulations and stay abreast of latest HSE trends
**About You**
The Successful HSE Manager will have previous managerial experience within a high-risk industry and have demonstrated experience transforming safety cultures. You will be strong out in the field coaching, engaging, and educating field-based employees and managers and also be well equipped to deal with executives to develop strategy, overhaul safety processes and instil new ways of working.
