Do you enjoy the challenge of building new working relationships with individuals and groups? Are you skilled and experienced at purposefully developing these relationships over the long term? If you are someone who loves to network, has ministry experience and is passionate about the biblical mandate to serve the vulnerable, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate, nurture, and grow existing partnerships with churches.
- Achieve financial and non-financial targets by developing donor engagement opportunities in line with national strategies.
- Implement church national strategies to develop strategic partnerships with new churches and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute collaboratively to the continuous development and improvement of methodology and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Qualifications in Ministry, Sales, Marketing and/or communications (Highly Desirable)
- Exemplary interpersonal skills, including the ability to network with people of diverse ages and backgrounds
- Exemplary communication skills, including persuasive negotiating and public speaking abilities
- In depth knowledge and networks within the local church context and/or philanthropic fundraising landscape.
- Ability to seek out, analyse and utilise data insights to make strategic decisions.
- A demonstrated capacity to build the influence and impact of an organisation by developing and managing meaningful partnerships and networks with external stakeholders
