At **Smarter Connections**, we’re passionate about building brighter futures. We’re currently seeking **dedicated and compassionate Support Workers** in the **North East Melbourne** area who are ready to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

We provide **high-quality in-home care** to individuals who need it most—supporting people from all backgrounds and helping them live safer, more fulfilling lives through meaningful physical and emotional connections.

**What you'll be doing**:
In this rewarding role, you'll work **independently** with vulnerable clients, providing personalised support both at home and in the community. Your responsibilities may include:

- Supporting clients in community activities
- Assisting with daily household tasks
- Preparing meals or helping with meal routines
- Providing personal care
- Delivering general domestic support

**What we’re looking for**:

- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support (Ageing/Disability), or equivalent (preferred)
- A valid **Victorian Driver’s Licence** and the ability to travel independently
- A current **First Aid Certificate with CPR**:

- **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- **Working with Children Check (WWCC)**

Pay: $35.00 - $77.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
