You will be joining a Fintec Comparison business as a Sales Team Leader for a highly regarded and market leading company in the Insurance Industry. The business has tripled in size over the last two years and as a result, they need a strong Sales Leader.

The role requires an enthusiastic individual who loves to coach, train and develop consultants.

- $90K + Super + Commissions OTE 130k (Comms paid monthly)

**About the Role**:
Managing a small team of Sales Consultants, you will use your strong leadership expertise and excellent management skills to develop and foster a strong sales and service focus across your team.

As a sales focused individual, your people leadership and communication skills will be critical to your success in this role. You will also have excellent time management and organisation skills and a flair for building solid relationships with your team and wider working group.

Key Duties:

- Monthly Performance: The Team Leader will be responsible for achieving team goals and KPI’s including referral activity, conversion rate and volume of leads sent through to the Sales Consultants.
- Lead Quality The Team Leader will be responsible for monitoring the quality of output produced and delivered to our Sales team.
- Like any good sales business, the key focus is on having great conversations with clients and converting the leads into sales
- You will be required to regularly coach and train the team. Morning huddles, Weekly one-on-ones with the individual team members.

**About You**
- **Previous experience in leading and managing a team (ideally in a contact centre setting)**:

- **Experience with various sales methodologies**:

- Previous experience in a call centre environment or sales experience
- A strong commitment to developing and coaching team members to success
- Self-motivated & confident
- Proven ability to work towards and exceed Key KPI's which includes sales, service and quality targets for self and your team
- Exceptional problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communications skills both verbal and written
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and ability to contribute to call centre strategy
- A positive attitude and willingness to embrace change
