What your day will look like....
In this role, you'll begin by engaging with a diverse range of individuals, including mental health consumers, families, and carers, to deliver tailored social work assessments and interventions. You'll work closely with other health professionals, drawing on your knowledge to collaboratively develop care plans that support recovery. As the day unfolds, you'll manage complex cases, offering expert guidance and advocating for consumers within both the mental health system and the wider community. Your role will also involve mentoring and supporting less experienced staff and students, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to thrive in their practice. Throughout the day, you'll engage in continuous professional development and contribute to improving service delivery by participating in quality and research initiatives. Your work will be both rewarding and varied, allowing you to shape positive outcomes while strengthening the care provided to those in need.

Integrity - you are open, honest, approachable, equitable and consistent in everything we do.
Dignity - you treat others with respect, display reasonableness and take pride in what you do.
Innovation - you embrace change and strive to know more, learn more and do better.
Courage - you respectfully question for clarity and have the strength and confidence to Speak Up.
