Electric Scooter Technician

We are looking for someone who has experience in a technical role to work at our store based in Fairfield.

We are seeking a friendly, approachable individual to work in our professionally equipped workshop and help advise customers and staff on the technical aspect of the products we sell. You will service and repair Scooter products and will be required to work both autonomously and alongside other technicians to manage a productive, well organized, and safe workshop to support the store’s sales team.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical assistance with electric scooter servicing and repairs
- Maintain status updates with store management
- See warranties from end to end
- Adhere to and ensure adherence to Workplace Health and Safety safe working practices at all times
- Provide enhanced focus to WHS requirements and responsibilities at all times
- Must be willing to occasionally work across multiple locations within the greater Melbourne area

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 12 months working in a technical/ repair/ trades role
- Basic IT skills/ basic computer literacy
- The capability of working towards deadlines
