**The Role**
If you are super organised, passionate about providing the highest level of customer service, and ensuring every engagement is undertaken with client centric approach.

**Reporting to the Office Manager the responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to**:

- Ensuring all customer call are dealt with in a timely manner.
- Liaise with various departments, branches and agents to arrange, confirm and follow up on consignment movements.
- Maintain ownership of escalated enquiries and ensure a timely response is provided.
- Verifying POD’s as required
- Generate, action and follow up on internal reporting/discrepancies
- Identify and escalate inefficient practices for the purpose of improving/streamlining processes.

**Success Looks Like This**:

- Previous customer service and administration experience will be highly regarded.
- Customer Centric approach
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High level of attention to detail to facilitate accuracy of information
- Ability to work independently and determine and action the correct response/solution
- A can-do attitude and positive mindset
- Proficient in in Microsoft office suite
- Excellent presentation and communication
