Join our growing workforce today We are seeking: - Cleaning Team Leader - Working Roster : Days and Hours Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm - Location: Lidcombe NSW - Paid in accordance with the Cleaning Award - Level 3 **Why Join Us?** Work with a reputable company that values its people Career progression and development opportunities Supportive, inclusive, and diverse team culture **About the Role**: As a valued member of our cleaning team, you'll play a key role in ensuring our sites are spotless, safe, and well-presented every day. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities**: - **Machinery Operation**: Proficient use of _scrubber and buffer machines_ for floor maintenance and cleaning. Regular _monitoring and maintenance of cleaning equipment and machinery_ to ensure optimal performance and safety. - **Administrative Duties**: Preparation of _incident reports_, _monthly reports_, and _internal compliance documentation_. Completion of _ad hoc_ and _escalation reports_ as required. Conducting regular _Toolbox Talks_ to promote workplace safety and communication. - **Operational Management**: _Rostering staff_ effectively to meet site requirements. _Ordering and managing stock_ levels of cleaning supplies and consumables. _Delegation of manpower and cleaning duties_ to ensure efficient daily operations. - **Client, Customer, and Management Interaction**: Acting as the _main point of contact_ for clients, customers, and management representatives. Ensuring professional communication and timely response to queries, concerns, or service feedback. - **Site Oversight and Quality Assurance**: _Regular monitoring and inspection of the site_ to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
