**The Role**:

- Investigate new services through market research and innovation.
- Own and define the product vision and roadmap of products.
- Stakeholder management.
- Represent the businesses clients by adopting a customer-centric strategy for products, including BETA and usability testing, analytics, on-site visits, and regular collection of feedback.
- Design, prototype, develop and test new product features and initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders.
