Nationwide Solar Solutions is looking for someone who can multitask and hit the ground running.

The successful applicant needs to be honest and reliable and be able to manage peak periods of high pressure. You will liaise with both internal customers (The Sales Team and the Management Team) and external customers (Installers, Wholesalers/Suppliers and the customer making the purchase).

You will have an excellent knowledge of solar and the components that are built into a system. It is preferred that you have experience in a similar role previously. This is a not a junior role and experience is required. However, there is always on going training in the role.

This position is pivotal to the day-to-day requirements of a solar company and includes tasks such as setting up installations and organizing materials, as well as customer service and data entry. The successful applicant must have experience working in an office environment. This is a great opportunity to enter the growing world of solar while gaining project management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Installation Scheduling and Ordering
- Receive and distribute project documentation from the field
- Filing field paperwork
- Learning and using company software

**Requirements**:

- Google Workspace and CRM software
- Fast Learner with Computer skills
- Minimum 2 year experience working in solar at some stage or previous solar installer experience
- This is not a starter role in the company and will require some experience

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
