**Hours per fortnight**: up to 76 hours

Multiple positions are available within our Home Care Workforce - Casual, Part Time and Full time opportunities available.

Successful applicants will:

- make a positive difference in the lives of our clients within a community setting
- have strong, proactive interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
- have the ability to work independently
- a reliable, suitable, insured vehicle and valid drivers licnce to drive between client's homes and driver clients as requried
- hold a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability or completion of 2nd year Bachelor of Nursing

**Your new division**

The Community and Public Health Services Division has a primary focus on improving the health outcomes of the communities in our region. With a range of local and regional programs supporting place-based health promotion, prevention, care and support, they work collaboratively with other Divisions and regional partnerships and networks to support quality outcomes. The Division has a strong leadership role in the Loddon Mallee Region and is committed to ensuring processes are in place to deliver on our Division.
