**About the Role**

You'll need to be compassionate, empathetic and a detail orientated individual who possess strong listening and communication skills to be successful.

As a Support Worker you could be assisting with a range of tasks such as mobility, eating and drinking, personal care or accessing the community.

Duties and responsibilities of a Support Worker are unique and varied because those we support have unique needs. Whilst this can be a diverse role, the focus is always on supporting a person to lead a fulfilling and more independent life.

**Experience in the following would be desired.**
- Physical Disabilities
- Feeding - Peg and/or Tube
- Intellectual Disability
- Sensory/ABI Disability
- Mental Health
- Hoisting/ Transfers

**Must Haves**
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Check (Essential)
- Valid Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (Essential)
- Valid Australian work rights
- Open Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle & insurance
- Some sort of experience in Disability Home Care, Aged Care and/or Community Work is an advantage

**Salary**: $30.00 - $69.00 per hour
