**What’s the role?**

You’ll manage the products that power everyday banking—transaction accounts, savings, and payments. This role is about making sure these products work better, stay compliant, and evolve with customer needs. You’ll be across delivery, strategy, and investment planning.

This is a **full-time role based in Sydney**, with **on-site work 2-3 days per week**.

**How you’ll help**:

- **Deliver key initiatives**- Lead product changes, regulatory updates, and feature improvements from start to finish.
- **Build the roadmap**- Plan what’s next and make the case for future investment.
- **Support decision-making**- Provide insights and recommendations on product performance, risk, and opportunities.

**What do I need?**
- Strong planning and delivery skills.
- Experience with transaction, savings, or payment products.
- Comfortable working in a regulated environment and managing risk.
- Able to build business cases and understand product performance.
- Adaptable and able to work through change.
- Confident making decisions and challenging where needed.
- Skilled at working with cross-functional teams.
