Our Early years sports program manager role provides ambitious, self-motivated individuals with an opportunity to develop within a fast moving industry.

The manager role is suitable for organised, highly professional individuals who have the ability to gain a full understanding of our companies philosophies and put it into practise within your region.

Primarily, the role will involve organsining and overseeing a range of sporting programs for pre school aged children.

The role requires the ability to cover many different aspects including:

- Sales
- Staff recruitment & Training
- Delivering and overseeing sports programs for children aged 2 - 5 years old
- Customer service
- Managing a team of sports coaches
- Managing your own day/week to ensure all KPI’s and Targets are met

This role fits an individual who has a strong work ethic, a pro active nature and ability to problem solve.

Previous experience working in the pre school (2 - 5 years old) age range is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)
