About the role

We are seeking a passionate and highly organised Receptionist to join our growing team at Lumos Advisory in Murwillumbah, NSW. This full-time role will see you provide essential administrative and reception support to our dynamic business, contributing to the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for clients, visitors and staff
  • Maintain and update our client database and contact records
  • Perform a variety of general administrative duties including filing, photocopying and data entry
  • Support the wider team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as required

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as an Administration Assistant, Receptionist or similar role
  • A warm and professional demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and office equipment
  • Local to Murwillumbah and available to work in our centrally located office
