**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Quality Assurance Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in this role which is essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier. This role will see you take on a variety of quality assurance tasks as well as general support to the project team.

This role will support Guided Weapons and Explosive Ordnance projects. Primarily based in Canberra, we will also consider applicants working remotely from Brisbane, Adelaide and Melbourne.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Review and improve business activities
- Reviewing and providing input into quality documents
- Liaise with management, staff, customers, contractors and other organisations.
- Develop, implement and review quality assurance systems
- Data management and analysis of quality requirements
- Provide advice and assistance related to quality assurance matters
- Undertake and lead quality audits

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED**
- Experience within the Defence industry
- Diploma of Quality Auditing or Lead Auditor Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working on quality assurance
- Auditing qualifications
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Minimum NV1 security clearance and be able to upgrade if required
