**Employment Consultant**
**in our Disability Employment Services** team, you will be key to making employment opportunities accessible for everyone. You will provide an outstanding level of customer service and motivate, encourage and support our customers through the journey of searching for and obtaining sustainable employment.

You will collaborate with local community members, employers and other associated networks to build relationships and advocate for hiring and supporting people with disability in the workplace. You will help provide wraparound customer service to our customers in employment, ensuring stability and the longevity of their employment.

- Auburn
- Fairfield
- Mount Druitt
- Parramatta
- Windsor

**About you**
The successful applicant for this role will demonstrate extensive customer service experience with a commitment to customer-centric work culture. You will be adaptable and demonstrate curiosity and creativity to challenge the status quo. You will be resilient and adopt a solutions-focused approach to your workload and be able to bounce back from challenges with ease. You are motivated to work hard and tackle any challenges in an agile way, continually evolving the way you work.
