**Role Overview**:
This award-winning Australian specialist financial business are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join the Snr team and lead the digital growth for the business.

**About the role**:
This opportunity will be multi-faceted and will have several key responsibilities.

**Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
- Recommend strategic amendments as needed to achieve overall goals.

**Marketing Channel Management**:

- Manage and optimize the marketing channel mix to ensure lead volumes meet quality standards.
- Oversee and improve ongoing SEO programs.
- Manage, create and implement Media spend across Meta and Google
- Plan and execute expansion into new marketing channels, including EDM/SMS marketing, referral partners, rate tables, social lead generation, and upper funnel communication and nurture.

**Build, Measure, Learn, Improve**:

- Develop and execute programs to build new campaigns, channels, and marketing resources.
- Measure campaign efficacy against agreed objectives.
- Ensure overall marketing portfolio performance improves, particularly against ROI benchmarks.

**Marketing Tech**:

- Identify and recommend marketing tech solutions to support the overall strategy.
- Optimize lead and campaign attribution to support data analytics.
- Deliver a marketing analytics package and process for regular analysis of portfolio, channel, and campaign ROI.

**About you**:

- You have proven experience in marketing strategy development and execution with at least 5 years in a Snr Level Marketing Manager role.
- You have a strong understanding of SEO, as well as Paid Media channels, and marketing technologies.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
