The Adelaide Animal Emergency & Referral Centre is a 24hr multi-disciplinary centre offering emergency, specialist, and referral veterinary services. We have a strong principle of providing best treatment and care for pets in fields of emergency medicine, Specialist Oral Maxilla & Facial service, Surgery, dermatology, critical care, and diagnostic imaging.

**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking animal attendants to join our team on a casual basis. You will collaborate closely with the team, helping assist nurses and vets. The role requires attention to detail, maintaining a clean and tidy focus on clinical and administrative areas. This position is not a nursing role and would suit a person working towards a Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing. We pride ourselves in providing a clean and tidy environment for our patients and team.

**Qualifications**:

- Accuracy and diligence with maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
- Enjoy a fast-paced workplace and the ability to problem-solve.
- Work closely with the nurse team lead and clinical nurses
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Understanding of process driven systems
- Develop working relationships with all staff.
- Ability to prioritise daily tasks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues
- Actively participate in quality improvements for best outcomes
- Attention to detail with excellent time Management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work effectively in a high stress environment as part of a multidisciplinary team.
