**Your Role**

Joining the Data Platform & Operations team as Enterprise Security Services Manager, the purpose of your role and your unique contribution is to manage data safety operations for IAG, to ensure our data and our customers’ data is secure.

You’ll be responsible for the delivery governance of data safety and cyber vulnerability remediation projects. You will also develop and operate new data classification services for unstructured data and the management of emerging data protection capabilities across IAG.

You’ll lead the Enterprise Security Services team to delivery quality work and ensure their development as well as oversee vendors and their performance to contractual obligations.

**This is a permanent role, and we welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) and Meanjin (Brisbane).**

**About You**
- Demonstrated ability in managing complex delivery and ambiguity and responding to change.
- Experience in building operational capabilities and fostering a customer-centric environment.
- Experienced in Data protection capabilities and interfacing with data governance and risk management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to define, plan and shape strategies for successful delivery and strong commercial acumen with experience in governing $10M + portfolio.
- Developed leadership skills with a proven ability to role model values and behaviours and experience optimising the performance of teams.
